BIO

Frank Cimakasky is an accomplished business executive and former business owner with over 25 years’ experience in consumer and industrial product sales. He has held senior roles in both Fortune 100 companies as well as successful start-ups. Frank was instrumental in the international retail launch of “HIGH END” engine additives popularized in the early 1990’s by infomercials.

Frank has owned small business in New York state, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Florida. After successfully negotiating the merger-sale of his manufacturer’s rep firm and distribution operation, he found a desire to assist other owners through effort’s in Business Brokering. He has a worked with small business owners on solid exit strategies, mergers, and acquisitions in multiple states and Canada.

Frank resides in Largo with his wife and two children and is active in church and his children’s school events in Pinellas County. Frank is a life long martial artist with belts in multiple disciplines and obtained his private pilots license at age 18.

He looks forward to assisting small business in Florida with their exit strategies and considers his biggest asset the ability to communicate with business owners in many diverse operations.
